She has been instrumental in bringing together people with often-divergent views, from Palestinians and Jewish Israelis to environmental leaders in the U.S. . Tara has managed and worked on legislative, ballot initiative, school board, mayoral, congressional campaigns in Idaho and San Francisco. She was a recipient of the prestigious Coro Fellowship in Civic Leadership in San Francisco and a graduate of the University of Vermont.
